This website is built with a tool (Drupal) that comes with a number of prebuilt "themes". These themes define the layout of items on the screen and the appearance and colours. I initially chose the default "Garland" theme in Mediterranean colours.

I have been reviewing the website on some of the ancient computers still used in the NHS and I realised that it is not possible to see the menus in "Garland" on these old systems. It is surprising that the default choice should cause such problems! Some of the feedback from users about the site puzzled me and I wonder if these users were using old systems. I have therefore changed to the current "Bluemarine" theme.

I don't think this looks as pretty and it comes in only one colour - but it works! In time the site will have its own theme and one that will work on all browsers.
