Bromley Art Society Bringing Artists Together since 1947

I have recently joined the big bad BAS - and am very excited to be part of life in the arts - in Bromley!

I must be brutally honest and say that for a creative bunch - I am truly amazed at the lack of usage of this Forum. I thought it was going to be buzzing with energy and words of excitement, passion and glorious creative statements and hot of the press V.I.P info on the who's who's and what's on in this borough of ours.

Some of these articles I note were written years ago! Does no-one have anything to share?

I am from South Africa - and we are usually a happy-sharing bunch of people.

The UK have opened its' borders to South African art though a wonderful vessel, Bonham’s auction house - and I have been keeping a close eye on progress and are happy to say - it has done wonders for South African Art exposure! Even broke world records!!

Now this got me thinking… what can you as a member of BAD or visitor to this site do, to share about how you and I can become a vessel for art in Bromley.

Think outside of the box! Be creative! Express your hopes, thoughts and wishes! I bet you someone reading will have a solution, an answer or opportunity - and your life might never be the same again!
